Keneri: A Display Typeface Project
Keneri is an ongoing high-end display typeface project designed for editorial, print and visual identity applications. Conceived as a typographic system with a strong visual presence, the project explores the relationship between elegance, sharpness and editorial impact.
The typeface is built around high contrast, narrow proportions and sculptural letterforms. Its purpose is not to behave as a neutral text face, but as a display tool capable of carrying identity, atmosphere and visual tension.
Designed for titles, posters, fashion-driven layouts and premium printed matter, Keneri exists at the point where typography becomes the main subject of the image.
“Keneri treats letterforms as images: precise enough to become a system, sharp enough to carry an identity.”
The project started as a visual research around expressive serif-inspired structures, stretched proportions and refined typographic contrast. Each glyph is approached as a crafted object, balancing readability with a more radical sense of silhouette.
Rather than developing the typeface only as a functional asset, Keneri is imagined as a complete visual language. Its forms are designed to live across printed specimens, editorial compositions, moving images and identity systems.
